Known for its unique construction projects in Azerbaijan, “SMTS” LLC is also expanding its activities in the restoration of the territories liberated from occupation.
Thus, the company has started the construction of multifunctional mid-rise residential buildings in residential area No. 4 in Aghdam district, based on an order from the public legal entity for Restoration, Construction and Management Services, operating in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts. “SMTS” LLC is acting as the Main Contractor in the implementation of this project.
In accordance with the contracts signed between the company and the customer organization, the construction of modern residential complexes will be carried out in the 1st and 2nd, 4th and 5th neighborhoods. A total of 24 residential buildings with 5 to 7 floors and 9 single-story non-residential buildings will be constructed within the framework of the project. All buildings will be handed over to the customer fully renovated and equipped with kitchen furniture.
The construction period is set at 415 calendar days, and the project is scheduled to be fully completed by the end of June 2026.
