Chinar Plaza

‘Chinar Plaza’ Business Center, built at 102 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku, consists of 35 floors and a one-storey basement. 30 of 35 floors are suitable for office space. The building provides 1,800 work places. The building's heating and cooling systems are operated in accordance with international standards.

A BMS system has also been installed for efficient management of electricity and other systems. There is a restaurant on the 28th floor of ‘Chinar Plaza’, and a meeting and a conference hall on the 27th floor. A large restaurant with a capacity of 200 people and a conference hall with a capacity of 273 will be built on the 5th floor of a 5-story annex near the main building. The first four floors of the annex building has a car parking with a capacity of 212 vehicles.
